Rate Limits

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WHILE WE STRIVE FOR HIGH ACCURACY, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL ADDRESS DATA WILL BE 100% ACCURATE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HELVADDRESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

Termination
